NYT: On small farms hoof power returns

I found this to be an interesting article as it covers some of the things we're hoping to do.  I'd like to get away from using equipment that relies on any sort of fossil fuel, and using "hoof power" is a great way to achieve that end.  I'd be interested in hearing from any listeners that already do something along these lines.
