A while back I had heard or read somewhere that May 15 was going to be a troubling day in Israel.  I don't recall the specifics (I think it might have been related to the so-called "Freedom Flotilla") but it's interesting to me that the timing is indeed today.  Is this for Assad to take pressure off of himself in Syria?  Is this the prelude to something larger?  Obviously this was coordinated, and some in the Middle East are saying that Iran is behind it.  Who knows what will come of it, but how many of the world's current "issues" are due to the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict?  Definitely worth keeping an eye on if you're concerned about conflict, terrorism, and large-scale problems that could create new and even unforeseen survival/preparedness concerns.
